THE STRONG TEAM: Growing up in an East Indian family, my interest in sports seemed unique and definitely not the norm for a "female." Health and exercise are key components in all aspects of life, I believe. If you are not eating right and exercising, other areas of your life won't be balanced. This is my passion.....so I LOVE my job of changing the future for children and instilling the love of exercise and sports into their lives. This is my 12th year teaching and my 3rd year teaching Physical Education. I am very passionate about changing the future and LOVE my job. I believe that life skills of teamwork, perseverance, strong work ethic, etc. are all taught within the realm of athletics...come and see how much fun my kids are having while learning to love being healthy!
